My boyfriend and I had an AMAZING trip - the crew was so nice and accommodating - we came to Maderia to relax and this trip literally made our time. I will be going back and doing this same boat ride again! Truly a dream!

I paid for the full day trip but “due to weather conditions we did the half day and the refused to give me a refund (I paid 600€ instead of 400€)More in details: I booked my private tour weeks ago , specifying it was my birthday an it was supposed to be a very special day, tour booked at 11:00 am , few days before you contacted me asking if we can manage to start an hour before, ok…I said yes as I imagined that is not easy to organize things when you have more than one tour per day, we arrived on time 10 minutes earlier at the meeting point, but we didn’t depart on time as there was an issue with our lunch. The guy that welcomed us who was very nice offers us a coffee and explained us what the day will be like, he said that the plan was going to faja dos padres have lunch there etc. He also stated that there was a yellow alert for rain but the weather changes very fast in Madeira and there weren’t any problem and we would have been able to do our tour( as you say on your website the tour can be cancelled for weather conditions and this is right if you do so). The other guy arrived (he was very nice and attentive too nothing to say about it) We started our trip and we were supposed to go to faja dos padres, but suddenly we changed direction as the weather was changing very fast. We managed to go to the opposite side and we saw some dolphins then we had a bath. Immediately after we returned to the boat the weather changed the boat was floating and me and my boyfriend started to feel sick and dizzy. We didn’t have the chance to have our lunch and the guys decided to go back as the weather was getting worse. The return trip was a nightmare me and my boyfriend were feeling bad it was raining, arrived at the pier 1:30 EARLIER than the expected time, so basically I paid for the “full day trip” but we did an half day one PLUS we didn’t see anything of what we were supposed to see. So if you want my opinion about the “happy hour tour “ I just can say that was one of the worst experiences in my whole life and the completely ruined my BIRTHDAY. I just can’t believe that no one of you tried to contact me AT least to offer me the partial refund for the tour as I paid 600€ when we just did an half day tour plus it was awful.
