You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The scope of the tour was limited to some principal rooms but should include some view of service areas such as kitchen and stables

We loved our tour led by Laura of the Royal Palace she was very engaging and knowledgeable about the palace, the royal family, and the history. The Royal Palace was beautiful and we learned so much on this tour. We ‘re happy we had the opportunity to go on the tour with Laura while we are visiting Madrid and highly recommend it to future travelers!
