Cindy was a great tour guide and she kept us entertained. Made the bus ride very interesting. I recommend City View Trolley Tours!

The first driver was great. He gave historically information (road 2 stops). The second driver was fine. She gave a lot of safety information, not much historical (1 stop). The third driver was frustrating. He spent a lot of time talking about how to drive a Ducks bus/boat, pay and work experience. Plus other personal experiences. He was not knowledgeable about area or historical information. A couple of recorded information was played, which was fine (road 4 stops). We have enjoyed Hop On Hop Off Tours in many cities. I missed the detail of this Hop on Hop off was for only one full circuit. Please be aware before booking.

When we book, I was told that there will be twenty stop I was stuck in open bus for only 9 stops. Also bus didn’t have glass on window and ie most of the seats were torn ( need replacement) stops were good. Driver didn’t announce stop 5 and we have to walk back few blocks to see bostonnGarden stops # 5. Not a very good experience for the money paid.
