I booked this tour ahead of time and my husband and I were very excited about it. A few days before the tour we received an email reminding us of the date, time and meeting place. We arrived 15 minutes early (as requested) and waited. And waited. And waited. At 11:30 (when the tour was set to begin) we contacted the company via WhatsApp, email and Facebook messenger. The fourth time calling somebody finally picked up. I explained that we were waiting for our guide and they initially said that they had no record of my reservation. I then stated that we received two confirmation emails. He then said that there was an “internal communication error”. I asked if anyone was coming and they told me “no” and reiterated that they would immediately provide a refund. The company later emailed, apologizing and offeried a free tour. However, when we travel we have an agenda that we carefully create, expecting your companies reviewed on TripAdvisor, Google, etc, to show up (especially when they send a confirmation a few days before the tour) and we had no other availability to try this company. I cannot recommend this tour company.

Se los recomiendo mucho! Jorge nos enseñó rincones a los que difícilmente hubiéramos llegado solos. Comida 10/10. Totalmente recomendado.
