Arrive in Key West at 11:30 AM. Explore and experience Key West for 6 hours. See the town for yourself by walking through the streets. Everything is within walking distance! We give you a map of the city so you can handle your way around.  Leave Key West at 5:30 PM and get back to Miami around 9:30 - 10:45 PM (depending on the drop off location)

Initially, I reserved the day trip + the Glass Bottom Boat cruise but due to windy conditions, the ride was cancelled. I appreciate the proactive communication from our tour guide, Abdul, who gave us options and even made sure we made it to the marina. I changed to the Catamaran Reef and Ritas boat ride and it was a great time. Connecting with other travelers, perfect weather, and unlimited margaritas made it the trifecta of an awesome day! Thanks to Abdul and Manuel for getting us there safely and to Captain Ron, Lauren, Jackson, and Maddie for keeping everyone safe while snorkeling and sunbathing.

I’m writing this review 3 hours after we got back from Key West tour. We travelled as a couple and picked up from a hotel in downtown Miami. Bus was packed full (guide says 60 guests although the website says max 50 guests) Even though they have information about us we have not been seated properly the fact is we hardly found seats on the upper deck and by the time tour guide comes strolling we sat at different seats next to someone we didn’t know. After grilling the tour guide about this matter he finally found seats at the back row of the bus. This ruined our trip at the outset after sitting separately with my wife for half an hour. This was not the end of it all. The information on the website about wi-fi is false - repeat it’s a big lie- we are first told wi-fi would be at 10 am (getting on bus was 7.30 am) this was weird because if there is wi-fi why setting a time for it starts. None, no wi-fi till the tour ends at 9.30 pm. These 3 reasons (fully packed, no wi-fi, improper seating) are enough for us to not use this tour again. Please make sure that they supply exactly whatever they promise.
