great fun and lots of laughs. You get to learn about your organic natural products and how they are grown. Then you get to help prepare and cook the ingredients and of course the most fun part, you get to sit down and enjoy the meal with your classmates.

This was a great experience. You are introduced to the traditional food of French Polynesia by very friendly and professional people. Their kitchen area made for eduction is spotlessly clean and the produce they use very fresh. Everything was so tasteful and the stories behind make it an activity I'll never forget. Also Audrey shared the recipes afterwards to make it again at home (though I doubt if we could find such fresh tuna in my country).

Really great experience! We learned so much about locally grown foods, traditional dishes and the Polynesian culture. We learned to make a variety of local dishes and the food was delicious. Stevenson and Audrey were great.
