My wife and I had an incredibly fun time learning about various Polynesian foods and implementing different cooking techniques! The entire team was extremely welcoming and gregarious. The food was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Make sure to bring plenty of mosquito repellent but we would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for an invigorating Polynesian culinary immersion!

We had an amazing time with Audrey and Stevenson. They really take the time to explain everything, from the plants and trees, to the history of the cooking techniques. Everything is done to make everyone feel at home and take part in the preparations. Some dishes you can even pick the spires you like best. Definitely a must if you want to learn more about Polynesien culture. And everything tastes great !

What an incredible experience with amazing people. The ingredients were locally sourced such as the fish, or grown on site. If you’re looking for an authentic experience with cultural value and authenticity this is what you’re after. Not only was the food delicious, but our hosts were knowledgeable and great teachers. If you’re on the fence about booking or not, just book it. This is an experience that I will always look back on with fondness.
