What an amazing class! Stevenson and Audrey made myself and my husband feel right at home in their beautiful cooking space on the island of Mo’orea. We prepared a variety of traditional dishes – all of which were delicious. It was clear that they both had a passion for food and culture. They not only taught us how to make the dishes but also took the time to explain the history and traditions behind them. There is an organic garden on the grounds where many of the ingredients are sourced from. Everything was so fresh! If you are interested in truly experiencing Tahitian culture this is a DO NOT MISS experience. The meal we had here was one of the best of our trip!
