We had the absolute pleasure of exploring Tangier’s culinary gems with Rabab, our guide. From the moment we met her, her warmth and friendliness set the tone for a relaxed and engaging experience.
She led us through a thoughtfully curated route that avoided the typical tourist hot spots giving us a true taste of Tangier as the locals know it. The highlight was undoubtedly the bissara soup, served piping hot in a tucked-away spot down a quiet back street. It was humble, hearty and absolutely delicious, made even more special by the authenticity of the setting.
