Do not book with this company. Very unprofessional… I purchased a roundtrip transfer for my family and I and it was a disaster. From landing and checking in at the airport Nexus counter and waiting a hour for the private transport, to the company setting their own time for pick up for the transport back to the airport. I’ve literally been messaging and calling because I never set a 7:45am pick up for my 2:00pm flight home. I had to purchase a whole other transport from Negril to MBJ then after finally talking to a representative he says nothing but you can send a email and hang up in my face. Highly do not recommend this company it needs to be shut down and investigated for fraud.

Me and my family will never book again with nexus, we were scammed by drivers, they were supposed to pick us up at the hotel, when first bus arrived they said that we were on the next bus, when that bus came almost 1h later, he said that we wasnt on the list and wanted 80$ cash to take us to the airport even though we showing confirmation and proof of booking. I ended up taking a taxi, almost missing my flight. The sad part is that nexus blame me for it becase my hotel had 2 lobbys and I didn’t call to let them know, but both of their bus went to both lobby. Safe your money their driver will scammed you and nexus wont do anything about it.
