  • Schloss Linderhof, Ettal, Bavaria, Germany
    Departing from central Munich you'll first arrive at Castle Linderhof at approx. 10am. It is the smallest of three royal castles and was built by King Ludwig II during the 19th century as a hunting lodge. Built in French Rococo style, the castle has a Moorish pavilion which can be visited during your one hour stay. You have the option to join a guided tour of the interior of Linderhof. Tour in the castle: app. 25 minutes. Departure at Linderhof: 10:45AM

  • Passionstheater, Oberammergau, Bavaria, Germany
    ** Depending on our tour slot for Neuschwanstein castle ** After departing Linderhof, you will have a short shopping stop in Oberammergau, world-famous for its woodcarvers, richly painted houses (Luftl-paintings) and Passion Play.

    Approx. 1:15 PM Arrival at Neuschwanstein Castle. Entrance tickets are provided by guide. Departure time to be announced by guide on board. Duration of stay: approx. 3 – 3,5 hours. 45-60 minutes: time at the guests´own disposal (lunch, photos) 45-60 minutes of time to reach the castle either on foot or by shuttle bus if possible. Bus is not operated in snowy conditions. Time to visit view point Marienbrücke (closed due to renovation in 2022). Guided tour of castle Neuschwanstein starts approx. 15:15-15:30 ; duration 35 min. Time spent in castle minimum 45 minutes. 16:20-16:50 PM Departure time at Neuschwanstein Castle. Approx. 2 hours ride back to Munich.

Amazing palace and castle not very far from Munich. The scenery was astonishing. Convenient travelling from Munich's city centre and back. The guide was very helpful and organized! This day trip totally worths it!

Once we started the trip the tour guide asked me to pay for the entry tickets for the palace and the castle. I only had Apple Pay, her machine only accepted physical cards. She lectured me Infront of the people on the BUS for not getting my card. Anyhow I thought her behaviour was weird and I brushed it off. Once we reached the palace I went to the ticket office to get a ticket she then threw comment “oh you think your getting a bargain by not buying directly from me “ ? Only then I realised she’s crazy and unstable. I already told her that I didn’t get my card. When we got on the bus she said I won’t be able to get a ticket for the castle because there is no ticket office there. Anyhow I bought my ticket online once I arrived in order to be inline with the time slots as it wasn’t clear when we will be arriving at the castle. I would definitely go again but not with this tour .. moody old lady, I didn’t choose to argue with her out of respect to her old age. For the agency: Seek a respectful tour guide, she borderline crazy.

I went with my husband and his friend. The pacing is a little too quick for us since we wanted to take good photos. But the places were like a fairy tale come to life. The tour guide was friendly and the driver was great! Would recommend this tour.
