  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

First time cruising out of Sydney and I scheduled a 9:30 pick up for an 8am debarkation time. Cruise company too efficient and we were done too early. I called and texted the shuttle company and they were able to move up our pick up time and get us promptly to our hotel. Love this shuttle company! Have used them successfully from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, and cruise port to hotel. Next will be bite to airport. Thank heavens for them. We are 5 adults with 12 bags. We easily fit in their shuttles. They’ve made out bucket list trip run smoothly.

Thank you for being precisely on time and exactly where you said your Driver would be. When traveling abroad it reduces the stress when you see your driver exactly where your instructions said he would be. The driver was extremely professional and very helpful. The vehicle was spotless.
