We fail to create an account - keep getting error code / pass cannot be used to make reservation - already 5 mails to support - no response - meanwhile we have lost 360 USD We slagen er niet in om een account aan te maken - krijgen steeds foutcode / pas kan dus niet gebruikt worden om reservering aan te maken- reeds 5 mails naar support - geen enkele reactie - ondertussen zijn we wel 360 USD kwijt

Bought the my city pass you get 2 booked places which are empire state and natural history museum then you get to book 3 other we choose Statue of Liberty, water boat cruise and 9/11 we used our pass over 3 days which was great cost us about $120 well worth it

We had a reservation for the Empire State Building at 1pm, but unfortunately, my wife fell ill that morning. I initially thought we’d miss the entire day, so I didn’t reschedule. To my surprise, she felt better by the evening, and I called customer service hoping to make a change. I spoke with an agent named Jay, who was incredibly understanding and sympathetic to our situation. He went above and beyond to help us reschedule the visit for 6pm, which allowed us to still experience the Empire State Building. Jay was kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and because of him, our trip ended on a high note. His excellent customer service made all the difference, and we truly appreciated his assistance. Thanks to Jay, we had a memorable experience, and we’ll always remember his kindness. Kudos to Jay ????????
