We had a multigenerational vacation for our last vacation as a family before college. We were excited for the Ghost Tour of Greenwich and the DC and Marvel Tour in New York. I had a severe allergic reaction the day of the first Tour, so I called and emailed trying to reschedule, but I instead got charged full price, and it was part of the NY Pass, so I was not paying separately. I tried to then cancel the second one, knowing I still was unable to do a walking tour, and again had to go scan passes and then leave to avoid being charged for something included in the pass. The only company involved in the pass like this. Everyone else was wonderful, and once I was able to recover, we could do some stuff. I understand the need for the no-show policy, but I wanted to reschedule, not cancel. This company had no room for error, so I now know to never book with them and would advise using caution. Cost me over $200 for something included in a pass I had already paid for.
