Great cooking class ! The chef was informative and willing to share his Grandmother's mole recipes with us. The class size is limited so that everyone participates. It is very " hands on". We were able to choose the types of mole we wished to make. We enjoyed our completed mole with chicken at the end. Chef froze our remaining mole for us to take home. Highly recommend this experience for foodies and wannabe foodies.
