    I was so excited to book with this company and didn’t get to use the service . Hurricane got My flight cancelled so I’m still waiting on my refund .

    From the start this was a poor service. Arrived at the airport, came through departures, no name card or board being held up for my family. Spent another hour searching for the rep, finally found Omar who told us to stand outside in the heat for a further 20 minutes. Eventually the bus turned up and he walked over to it. He saw that I was struggling with my case and he did nothing. he advised me that he was our rep and was to book trips for us if we wanted to go anywhere. He was not and we did not make that arrangement. I did book one of the trips he sent me which was ok. the worst thing was his communication was very poor and he would not answer my calls regarding transfers back to the airport. I do not recommend this company and the service was shabby at best.
