Highway 98, Milepost, 299, Page, AZ 86040, USA Upper Antelope Slot Canyon offers amazing photo opportunities of sculpted sandstone walls through a walkable corridor at the bottom of the canyon floor. It was formed by flash flood waters that rushed into the cracks of the Navajo sandstone along with the power of wind erosion over millions of years. The narrow opening at the top allows daylight to pierce through and reflect off the various formations and surfaces of the canyon walls. This forms a myriad of photogenic angles. It is precisely this phenomenon that made this particular area a popular location for photographers and tourists alike.

Our tour guide Lee was excellent with descriptions, story telling, and a terrific photographer! The pace of the tour allowed for plenty of time to observe and take multiple photos.

The tour operator, National Park Express, gave me the most expensive tickets 149 dollars per person and the worst experience yesterday.
1. Tour operator did not deliver the service you said.
They did not email or text me tickets 1-2 days before the tour date as you said.
2. They asked me to arrive the meeting point 12:30pm and wait for their staff to call my name. But it never happened. I arrived on time, kept waiting and nobody called my name. I started asking all strangers around. One told me to ask a tour guide standing next to a tour bus. This guy was very rude to us. He separated me and my wife to two different shuttles to upper antelope. It is very ridiculous. He didn’t listen to our complaints. We are seniors nearly 70. He didn’t separated another young family group. His act was apparently age discrimination.
3. There are no sign of National Park Express on the site. If I did not get him, we will miss the shuttle to upper antelope.
4. Because we paid you, it is your responsibility to deliver the service you promised. By the facts as above, we had video recorded yesterday to prove it, we are the only seniors there and we are the only group who got separated by this guy.
Please return the cost we paid for the tickets or other equivalent compensations.
Or your reasonable explanation why this happened to us.
