We were not able to take this trip because one of our travelers woke up sick and vomiting. We didn’t feel good about going around others like this, especially in the time of COVID.
We notified the tour operator prior to the trip but to our surprise we weren’t offered a refund.
The tour operator actually told us that we could still go on the trip but we weren’t comfortable going anywhere until we had a Covid test done.
I have went around and around with Viator trying to get a refund but all I get is a runaround. My advice is that travelers avoid booking through Viator.
I’m sure this comment will be removed but that’s okay because I plan on making a video review to warn other travelers of Viator’s lack of care for the health of it’s customers during COVID.
