This was our third class at Le Foodist since Dec. 2019 and we absolutely LOVE them and would highly recommend their classes to anyone traveling to Paris! Frédérique is great! Very thorough and fun plus you leave with a tremendous amount of food even after eating some there as well.

My daughter and I had Stefane as an instructor for the croissant class and he was great! Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even made dinner reservations for us and connected me with restauranteurs back in the US. My wife took the market/cooking class while we did the croissants and she loved it so we’re all going back in a few days for the macaroon class. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Amazing class from Stephane. All 4 of us travelling together booked the same class and it turned out to be just us 4 kinda like a private class! We had an amazing time baking choux and eclair pastries with chef Staphane. Thank you so much. We made so much that ate all of them continuously in 2 days.
