An amazing experience of learning the process of making French croissants in a small group. Our chef, Stephane, had incredible people skills and was patient with all of us. He made it fun and shared a lot of his knowledge regarding bread and patisserie baking. He was also most helpful with local dinner restaurants in Paris. I would highly recommend LeFoodist and if ever back in Paris, I will be taking another class there.
