Perfect. The owner of the bakery was absolutely delightful. We made baguettes, croissants and Finaciers. We learned a lot and had so much fun. Would recommend to everyone doing this for a unique Paris experience

This was a very fun experience. There's nothing quite like going behind the scenes in a Paris bakery. We left with a bag of bread that was delicious and lasted us two days. The guide was kind. Seeing the workings of the bakery was fun. I wish we had been more involved in the process. The baguette dough was already sitting in a ball waiting for us. The croissant dough was already rolled and cut into triangles. Not sure why we couldn't make the dough, even if we used dough that had already had time to rise sufficiently. It felt a little lacking from what I'd anticipated. Finally, communication is a bit lacking before the activity. It's very difficult to still be waiting for a location the day before the activity. I was beginning to think we had signed up for a fake tour, which made me nervous. Overall, a fun way to spend a few hours in Paris.

This was the most fun experience ever! If you like baking, or just eating baguettes, this one is for you!! Mr. Mahmoud at Liberte Turbigo Bakery went above and beyond to offer me a complete back scenes adventure. The whole staff were welcoming and accommodating. He was prepared and offered me fresh chocolate brioche. Too bad the other people didn’t show up, but good for me! We made baguettes, financiers (he even gave me the recipe!) and rolled croissants. I appreciated the art and labor that goes into baking but now I have an even deeper appreciation! I also left with a full grocery bag of our work to share with friends! Wow, don’t miss this incredible experience! ( I really mean it.)
