Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach you the secrets. We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and TAGLIATELLE in a location in the centre of Florence. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces (tomato sauce and butter and sage) and we will then taste all together the pasta. We will give you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called "Dalle Nostre Mani". Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully, by email at the end of the experience.

This was an excellent experience and we would definitely recommend it. The host was wonderful and very patient as she took us through the steps of making three types of pasta. Sharing the meal at the end was a pleasure.

Loved the cooking class, the instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable and she made the class full of fun. I went there with my family and friends, the process was explained simply that all ages in the group enjoyed the experience…. And the pasta was just divine!
