The start times will be coordinated according to the availability of the schedule of entry to Machu Pichu and departure times of the train, the service starts with pick up from the hotel located in the city of Cusco and the return will also be to the hotel in Cusco, other locations consult prices.

    Shared Tourist Bus Cusco - Ollantaytambo At the indicated time we start with the pick up from your hotel located in the historic center of Cusco to be able to transfer you to the Ollantaytambo station and take the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes).

    Arriving at the train station in Ollantaytambo, we will board the train that will take us to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes), it will be a journey of approx. 2 hours, upon arrival the guide will be waiting for us to give us the indications to start the visit of Machu Picchu.

    Upon arrival at the station of Machu Picchu, our transfer will be waiting to give you the necessary indications to start the tour in Machu Picchu.     Together with our guide we will visit the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu for 2 hours and a half, we will visit the Guardian's House from where we will have a panoramic view of Machu Picchu next to the Huayna Picchu, the stone quarry, the temple of the sun, temple of the 3 windows, the agricultural area and the urban area. At the end of the guided tour we will go back to the bus to return to Machu Picchu Pueblo and take advantage of the time to have lunch. Depending on the time of departure of our train 30 minutes before departure we will board the train to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo we will board the bus to the city of Cusco, and we will finish with the transfer to the indicated hotel.

This is one of the best bargain I found online for a day trip to Machu Picchu. I considered their previous reviews and was hesitant at first but I must say the agency has put in effort to improve the customer experience. Hotel pick-up was offered and on-time, you'll be transported to a bus station and the staff (who speaks English) from the station will take care of you. They'll let you know which bus you'll be taking for the ride to the train station. Once you've arrived at the train station, the staff there will let you know again when you can get onto the train. Once you've arrived at the Machu Picchu train station, you'll see your local guide holding a piece of paper with your name written on it - so not to worry too much. Even though nobody accompanies you when you are on the bus/ train, the staff/ guide will fetch you at Machu Picchu/ when you are back. In case you have questions, the communication on whatsapp was pretty okay. Though you may have to be a bit patient as they may only send you the tickets just a day before or in the early morning through whatsapp. If you are worried you could just whatsapp them. Even though we gotta be on our own on the bus or train, I wasn't bothered because there were always people you can reach out to to ask questions on the way. So I am happy with the arrangement in light of the price.

Excelente el Tour. El Sr. Tomás siempre atento. Todo salió según lo planificado con los horarios. El servicio de los guías fue excelente conicha preparación y muy ameno.
