Pick up will be at all Hotels and vacation rentals accommodation of Riviera Maya area (From Moon Palace to Tulum included, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen areas is included) is includes and only Cancun City and "Zona Hotelera"area have a little charge (15 usd per person) and Playa Mujeres Cancun City area have a charge of 20 usd per person. We give you pick up time after your confirmation book. Lodgings with accesses without paved streets and Tulum "Zona Hotelera" (Tulum Hotels Beach Zone) will be given a nearby meeting point.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This tour was canceled less than 24 hours before the start time. It caused us to scramble to find another tour by a different agency, but we weren’t able to book something with a similar itinerary last minute. The explanation given to us by the agency for cancellation was archeological work at Coba, but that should have been known prior to confirming our tour. This all seemed really unprofessional.

We went to Akumal, Tulum and Coba and loved the experience. The guide, Antonio, amazing, explained everything great and we left very happy! Thank you Antonio for showing us the awesomeness of these civilizations!

We went to Akumal, Tulum archaeological site and Coba, Antonio is a professional, skilled and competent, he explained everything we should know to make the experience perfect. You can see that he likes his work and he transmitted the history of these spectacular civilizations. Thank you, we are left with very good taste in our mouths.
