Excelente servicio, Abraham nos ayudó y nos brindo un excelente servicio, muy carismático y atento, pasaron por nosotros y te brinda la opción de quedarte directamente en Isla Mujeres o regresar a la Rivera Maya, brindan comida y bebida durante el viaje. Recomiendo tomar una pastilla para los mareos antes de embarcar la lancha.

Experiencia increíble, pudimos ver a los tiburones ballena y hacer 2 inmersiones con ellos, fue espectacular. Nuestro guía Abraham fue el mejor, y el resto del equipo Enrique y Edgar también fueron los mejores. Éramos de las pocas embarcaciones que cumplía las normas. Al final conseguimos ver a los tiburones y poder nadar con ellos, una experiencia que no olvidaremos. Tuvimos desayuno y explicaciones antes de embarcar, durante el tour teníamos bebidas y al terminar las inmersiones un sándwich y por último tras relajarnos en Playa Norte, tuvimos la comida que fue un ceviche buenísimo. Recomendamos absolutamente el tour y la agencia, no pudimos elegir mejor.

An unforgettable family experience with Eco Tours Adventure to swim with whale sharks! ???? From the start, everything was perfectly organized and safe. Special mention to our guide Abraham, who was exceptional throughout the day, very attentive and always attentive to our needs. The whole team on board was warm, professional and passionate, which really made a difference. We had the chance to observe several whale sharks in ideal conditions. A magical moment for young and old alike! The wetsuit option is a real plus, especially for those who want to swim more easily and fully enjoy the experience with these peaceful giants. Thanks again to all the crew for this extraordinary adventure!
