The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

In our company safety comes first, our vehicles are equipped with first aid kit, fire extinguishers, baby chairs and booster seats.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We booked an holiday through Jet2 to Portugal and booked 2 cars with them. Unfortunately we had to pick the cars up from two different companies. We upgraded our insurance so that we were covered for everything. I picked my hired car up from Sixth at Faro airport. I was told I had full insurance so all they need was a credit card details in case I returned the car late and for any toll’s incurred, which I was happy to do and sign for. On return to the UK I found out that they had charged me for more insurance that I did not require. I find it hard to believe that such a worldwide company like Sixth use underhand tactics to con you into extra insurance that you do not need or require. I think they use the knowledge that people have just been on a flight and been travelling for hours and use the language barrier to trick you into this extra insurance. Please be careful when picking up a hire car form Sixth because I am not the first or last person to get conned into paying over £200 extra. I for one will never use them again and encourage other people never to use them

Rented Kia 4 door from Firefly Rental at Faro Airpor. Whilst on airport it is offset from Main Rental groups and behind Hertz. This company is a budget subset of Hertz. Unable initially to find Firefly unit we went to ask Hertz for directions and as disabled they kindly drove us over to Fireflys checkin. The staff handled the checkin well but when checking the car, which was relatively new and unmarked, the check list showed Security vests and Warning triangle were present. They were not. Returning to the office, the staff initially did not believe but finally handed over one safety vest. No attempt was made to brief us on the car and its onboard systems which had been left in German. No instruction booklet etc. We were instructed to return the car to Hertz at the end of the rental. The return was handled efficiently and with curtesy and they then supplied a safety triangle which was placed in the boot. Overall, good car, very good price but might as well pay a bit more and deal with Hertz which is closer to the terminal and will provide wheelchairs .

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
