We booked Maree for a three course dining walk and we were not disapointed even though we would like to suggest some improvment.
We met Maree at Sapras, a spanish restaurant owned by a japanese couple. We had a wonderful gin fizz and a plate of some spanish specialities. Unfortuantely it was only two pieces of manchego, three slices of bread and some meat, we were 4 so we had to share. It would also had been nice to have a proper entré dish as this only felt like a starter.
Maree were really good att telling is all about the restaurant and the surrondings.
We moved in to Ezra, an israeli restaurant owned by two aussies (I think) They served a delicious variety of dishes including barramundi, colliflower, a mix of pommegranat, macademianuts, capasikum and bagels and they served a lovely white vine. This was so good
We moved on to our last stop, Massimo, an italian icecream shop. Unfortuantely we had eaten their icecream the same Day. We hade hoped we would be served a local speciality instead of an icecream which we can buy anywhere.
Maree had talked all evening about a club were it felt as we were back in the 1930's called Dulcies. When our tour was over she took us to Dulcies and we bought some drinks
Maree knows a lot about the surrondings and is a very good host
