Marvin Pratt has been flying since 1990,with 29 years experience.Our other captains all have over 10 years experience flying in various locations.We have (2) 1999 Premium Custom 28' USCG certified (12) passenger parasail boats and our third Parasail boat , a USCG certified (12) passenger 31' Ocean Pro by CWS Boats. Such a disappointing experience. We had a private group parasail with eight of us. Captain Miguel arrived 20 minutes late to pick us up at the Ritz. No apologies and extremely grumpy. They were double booked and the other family was turned away. In addition to how unfriendly they were, Miguel and the other person working were quite literally on their phones while we were parasailing. So unsafe and scary! The only reason I gave it a two is because we’re still alive!

They will pick you up from anywhere and drop you off. The tour consisted of 2 stops, 1 to swim with stingrays, and 1 out further to see various undersea life. They provide water and fruit punch but no other food. The stingray stop was for about 10-30 minutes and they allow you to feed, hold and even kiss (for 7-yrs good luck) the stingrays. The water here is waist-deep. No danger. The undersea stop was for about 40 minutes and they provided us with snorkeling mask and flippers. They also make sure everyone is safe and watch out for people who are not strong swimmers since the water is 10-20ft deep. We really enjoyed it and the crew of Mitchel, Richard, and Paulo were entertaining. Well worth the money. Would go again. Thanks guys.
