We had this tour planned for the second day of our honeymoon and the last day we were spending in San Juan. The tour operator canceled this tour sometime in the middle of the night the night before we were supposed to go on the tour. This was after we paid, filled out all waivers, and reconfirmed that we wanted to go. Because they canceled this so late we were unable to find a replacement tour. Their own policy asks for cancellations at least 24 hours prior, Viator should have a similar policy in place for vendors to protect their customers.

We booked thru Viator and our tour did not show up. We called and reported it. We asked to reschedule for the next day. Our tour guide did not show up. Then when we called to inquire about it. There was no answer and no return responses. I would recommend not using this tour group. I will be disputing the charge since it was not refunded.

Relaxing and informative. Glorya was great. It was nice to be away from a group tour and see what we wanted to for as long as we wanted.
