This was a wonderful experience w/ my wife and I. We always wanted to do something like this and it was just perfect. Enrique was incredible, along w his wife and sister in law. We met at the market, picked out our vegetables, fruit and meat. We then were welcomed into his home where we all prepped, cooked and
ate. They were just sweet, kind people and welcoming. Highly recommend it. Learned a lot! We made salsa, homemade tortillas, guacamole, ceviche, ahi tuna, octopus and sea bass. All was delicious! Just a cool experience

Enrique, Eri, Carolina and Dulce gave us an unforgettably fun, educational and delicious experience. From the moment the day began in the local market we learned so much about Mexican culinary culture and arts and about selecting the highest quality fruits, veggies and fish. We all contributed to the meal with chopping, grinding, peeling and tortilla making. The food was fresh and so yummy. Much gratitude to Enrique and his team! And to Viatornfor organizing this excellent experience.

The guided market tour made this cooking experience unique. Enrique is a good conversationalist and enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge.
