Make and eat your own Mole Poblano ! • Located in the heart of the city center of Puerto Vallarta, ChocoMuseo will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about Mexican cacao, chocolate and Mole Poblano. • We offer chocolate and cooking workshops for those in search of a hands on, unforgettable experience. • During 3 hours, you will taste the essence of Mexico with its fusion spicy chocolate sauce.
  • A jar of your own Mole (to add to your checked luggage).
  • Round-trip taxi transfer to the market (5 mn)
  • All the ingredients we'll buy on the market
  • Non-alcoholic drink made with fruits or plants bought in the market
  • Tour guide within the museum and the market
  • Apron and hat for the duration of the workshop

  • Transportation to and from the museum before and after the workshop

We had the best time with Zoar at the mole making class today! She went to culinary school and has a love for cooking and teaching that shines! We went to the market first and she helped us find the ingredients, then back to the shop to cook. It is a very hands on workshop which we love so we cut, cooked, blended, and mashed with her guidance. At the end we enjoyed the best mole we’ve had in years! And they gave us the recipe so we can try to recreate it at home. Would definitely recommend this class and especially Zoar!

Great food good teacher. Fun experience. The trip to the market was informative. Learned how to pick out plantains and how the peppers were the same just dried in a different way. Showed us how to pick out the peppers, what to look for. The class was very interactive and kept us all involved in the process. Very enjoyable for all of us
