Our guide, Zoar, was very familiar with the area, and took us to a Mexican market to pick out all of our recipe ingredients. This was such a fun time and really added to the authentic mole making experience.
When we returned, we learned how to use each ingredient to prepare the best Mole we have ever had! She was able to accommodate my food allergies, so our Mole was made gluten free.The class included our finished product Mole Poblano con Pollo for lunch.
I highly recommend this class for its educational value and authentic Mexican cooking.
