We purchased a private round trip ride. The pick up experience was good. They were easy to find, and we only had to wait about 20 minutes for our ride. Our driver was accommodating and stopped at a liquor store for us so we could buy some drinks. The pick up, however, was extremely disappointing. I called them 48 hours in advance as instructed to confirm our pick up and was told initially that they could not pick us up because they did not have a van available for us. I pressed harder and asked how they could not have a van available when I had booked this month in advance. I was then told that they did have a van available however, they did not want to pick us up because of the hotel we were staying at, and they claimed to have a difficult time picking up people there. I asked them then why they accepted our reservation when they saw right off the bat where we were staying. She tried to give me the excuse that we booked through a third-party. I told her it didn’t matter if we booked through a third-party they should still see where we are located and should have been able to contact me or cancel the reservation. So it was very disappointing. That two days before we were leaving. We were scrambling and trying to find transportation. I was told that they would either meet us at the airport and pay for our taxi or I could request a refund through the app. I requested the refund and still have not heard back. Tried to call them to let them know when we are heading to the airport as instructed and never could get anybody on the phone, as of right now, we have paid double
