We'll walk through vineyards, surrounded by the traditional Apulian bush vine and you will get to know the secrets of this ancient vine cultivation that we jealously keep alive. We will tell you the story of the company, waking in the ancient fermentation tanks, where once our ancestors used to produce wine.     Join us for an authentic and interesting Wine&Food experience in Salento, between tradition and innovation, local delicacies and the amazing wines from Paololeo winery. The Tour includes: - Meeting at the winery: guided tour in the Cantine Paolo Leo, where you will see one of the most modern production wine system in Apulia, visiting the production, bottling and ageing departments. - Vineyards: a relaxing walk in the vineyards, surrounded by characteristic bush vines, ancient olive trees and typical masserie.

    - Wine Shop: visit to the new Paololeo’s shop, the ancient family's winery, which has recently undergone a refurbishment. It’s been converted in a fantastic Wine Museum, with a lovely shopping area where you can choose from a wide range of wines by bottle, a refill system, Salento’s local products and many gift ideas. TASTING, which includes: - EVO Olive Oil with homemade bread; - 3 wines paired with the typical Salento aperitif goodies: such as cured meat and local cheeses, olives and taralli, frisa (traditional types of crunchy and savoury bread) with tomatoes. - 1 raisin wine or Grappa paired with a delicious sweet artisan treat. - 1 coffee

Went to PaoloLeo based on a friend's recommendation and drinking one of their Fiano wines at dinner. Had an outstanding tour by Guiseppe of the old winery, which is now the wine shop, and listened to his description of the origin of the winery. Tasted great wines, learned about the special characteristics of puglia wines, and how they applied to the wines we tasted. Great visit, if we have more time on the next trip we will do the longer experience.

A really enjoyable and formative experience. The visit to the winery and the tasting were organized with care and professionalism, in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Together with the other participants we discovered the wine production process and appreciated the opportunity to learn to taste it in a more conscious way, thanks to Giuseppe’s clear and passionate explanations. The combination with quality foods is also very interesting, which has allowed to enhance the flavors and better understand the characteristics of each wine.

We stayed in the show room of this lovely winery in San Donaci, where we had booked a wine tasting with friends in the aperitif hour, we 3 Musketeers! Waiting for us, Giuseppe, who arrived with a group from a winery tour, cute, explained the history of the winery and the evolution it has had over the years. Top tasting, just what we were looking for, in a few steps explained and tried, an important notion, the difference and importance of temperature on wines, from white to red and pairings with gastronomic dishes zona.vini of excellent caliber. We , satisfied! highly recommended
