Everything was well organized except transfer from the club. It was our fault that we didn’t ask for the details before leaving the vehicle in front of the club.

Please if you want to have a reliable way back to your hotel, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. My friend and I booked this service because there was pick up and drop off included, and we thought it was a safe way to make it back to our hotel late at the end of the night, right? WRONG. Everything was well in the beginning, got picked up, went to the ticket line to pick up our ticket, and skipped the line. All fine and dandy until it was time to go home. Our driver told us he would come pick us up at 1:30am, at the same location he dropped us off. My friend and I went out 20 minutes early just to be sure, and to see what was going on at the stage outside. We were at the pickup location 15 minutes early. We waited and waited, and the shuttle never showed up. It was then 1:40, no where to be seen. We were freaking out and couldn't find our driver, we were stranded. I speak Spanish so there was no way I would mis-interpret anything he said. It was all crystal clear to me.

The club is really nice, the drinks are good and the shows are fun. However it’s not worth the high prices. And there is not enough Lady Gaga! If I come back again and there is more Lady Gaga I’ll give it 4 stars
