You must present this voucher at the start of the tour.
This voucher is non transferable and valid only on the indicated date and time.
Hotel pick-up is available from Punta Cana or Bayahibe hotels only.
Pick-up times will vary, depending on the hotel location.
For Bayahibe hotels, you will be charged an additional transport fee.
Please be ready at least 5 minutes before pick-up time at the designated location.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Brilliant fun for all ages. Lots to do and see very interactive and loved feeding all the animals. Staff friendly and approachable. Highly recommend.

Everyone loved it! The animals were well behaved and some were very exotic. The staff was very kind. The place was so beautiful and it the tour kept moving but was relaxing also. I would definitely recommend.

I absolutely throughly enjoyed this eco tour. We had July as out tour guide. He explained where all of the animals came from and how old they are and their longevity. The animals are well cared for and there are all kinds. There is a washing station at every section. Everyone was helpful and kind. My husband and I would recommend this excursion! Ask for July he was a great help!
