Pick up is included from any hotel in the Punta Cana area. For customers staying in private villas/apartments/condos or any other accommodation, we will arrange a pick up point close distance to their place. Pick up is different for each hotel, so will be provided after receiving the reservation.

    You will be picked up directly from your hotel in Punta Cana and transferred to the Punta Cana Ranch. After a warm welcome and a safety briefing, will walk towards the beautiful ecological reserve of Indigenous Eyes.

  • Reserva Ecologica Ojos Indigenas, Punta Cana, Caribbean
    Inside the reserve, after a nice walk, you will reach a wonderful lagoon. The lagoon is simply crystal clear blue-green water, although a bit cold, but you can’t go without getting in! The swim in the spring water lagoon is very refreshing. Be ready to walk around five to seven minutes along leaf covered trails before getting there. Bringing a bottle of water is strongly recommended as well as swim suit, towel, sunglasses, bug spray, sunscreen, and camera. Signs along the way make it easy. It’s a great place to enjoy nature and if you’re with kids they will love it. You’ll have also the chance to discover more about the native flora and fauna from your guide or just relax in this magical setting before walking back through the reserve.

  • Puntacana Resort & Club, Punta Cana 23000, Dominican Republic
    After finishing with the visit and got back to the ranch, it’s time to take the bus again and move to the exclusive Punta Cana Marina where we will get on board of a beautiful and spacious catamaran. The ride is only 5 min away and once on board you will cruise along the stunning Punta Cana coastline for around 2.5 hours. During the cruise you will have also the chance to experience some snorkeling and stop at the renowned natural pool. You will be sailing with a drink in your hand, the sea breeze in your hair and the warm tropical sun reflecting off your shades! Open bar includes coke, sprite, fruit ponch, rum and beer plus fresh fruit and snacks!!

Our trip started at 12:30 and we were picked up at 10:30. The driver Miguel was great. Due to weather we couldn’t snorkel so it was 90 minutes just out in the water. The crew turned it into a party with them all dancing and drinking, loud music, definitely not what I signed up for. I get the weather but it was a total waste. We spent maybe 30 minutes at the lagoons which were neat but rushed. Snacks only consisted of one fruit skewer and a bag of chips, from being gone from 10:30-5:30. It was a total waste of the day and money. If I had wanted a party cruise, I would have signed up for one. I don’t think the crew was professional at all and I do not recommend spending basically a whole day doing this.

We had the best time! The busses were on time and nice. We loved the lagoon tour with the beautiful clear water and the snorkeling was fun also. We felt like the trip was perfectly timed, not too rushed but not too long. Definitely recommend if you want more than just one activity but don’t want to be out all day!

I got confirmation, and pick-up was at 12:30 from the hotel. However, nobody showed up. I called half an hour later. Customer service told me he would contact the local tour company. Somebody called me around 1:20 p.m. and told me they did not get my reservation, and this tour was fully booked. So I have to cancel our tour. You waste my day, we would have done something else. We are here only a couple of days for vacation, I used to trust TripAdvisor, but you paid me back with unreliable. So disappointed! May I send this story to the public?
