BUYER BEWARE: False advertising, unsafe/illegal operations, and zero customer service. Review of the "Snorkeling Catamaran Trip" to Isla Catalina: 1-. Excursion is on a doble deck boat, NO CATAMARAN, as advertised on their webpage. 2-. Not enough life jackets for 1/2 the passengers, not even for children (although, of course, when entering the port on our return, they made the people traveling in the bow wear the jackets, so the coast guard could see). 3-. No snorkle equipment: no flips for anybody, very used goggles and snorkles for about 1/2 the customers. Booked this excursion online weeks ahead of time because my sons wanted the catamaran experience. Upon arrival to the harbor of La Romana, we boarded a regular boat with some other 98 people (I counted them), apart from the crew. Imagine the lines for everything, from lunch to "snorkeling". Far from relaxing. One hour waiting on board in the sun until all passengers arrived. No water, no info, poor organization. Contacted the company via WhatsApp (had communicated with them to arrange transportation) and email, but never bothered to reply. Only interested in grabbing your dollars. AVOID or you will lose one vacation day.
