I booked with Diamond Transfers based on the many positive reviews I found on YouTube and other platforms. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the level of service that others described.
Upon arrival in Punta Cana, I waited over an hour without any communication before being informed that the original vehicle I had booked was unavailable. I was then asked to approve a different type of vehicle, which caused even further delays. This lack of timely communication at the start of my trip was frustrating.
I was assured that a partial refund would be issued to reflect the change, but despite multiple follow-ups, I encountered delays and inconsistent responses. Although I was told the refund had been processed, I have yet to receive it.
While I understand that operational issues can occur, the combination of poor communication and unresolved refund matters makes it difficult for me to recommend this service. I would encourage others to consider alternative transportation providers with more reliable service and clearer follow-through.
