The experience was terrific and the guys look after you. My issue is with Viator. Booked for 0800 changed to 0910 with no explanation so worried about pick up time. Driver was 29 min late with no apology. It was too hot to wait by the resort entrance . (Not allowed to come to reception) , Also trip said snacks provided. They weren’t . But Viator is the issue not the trip chaps and I would still encourage others to book the trip

0 out of 5. They didnt pick us up from our hotel. We wasted $30 on a taxi to get to the meetings point, showed up 45 minutes early, and then they never sent anyone to pick us up. We sat at Wendy's for 2.5 hours (the meeting point) and then were told that no one was coming to get us. So we had to waste another $30 to get back to our hotel. Extremely frustrating experience and lack of communication.

They were very patient, helpful and friendly. They did provide water and Coca-Cola but it was hot, not cool hot. Our snack was a small pack of peanuts (airline size). They take your picture under the water. You can purchase digital copies (reasonable price). The divers were very professional. I would do this tour again because I know what to expect now so it would be more fun.
