Had a great tour of Mindo. Our guide Isra was superb and took care of us all day. He was super professional, very easy going and above all he definitely loves his job. He was very informative and gave us an excellent overview of the area. The hummingbird visit was so nice to see and in an area that is so beautiful alongside a little river. We also went to a chocolate and coffee business where they showed us how chocolate and coffee is made. Very interesting and learnt a lot of things that I always wondered about. Like how they grade coffee and chocolate This tour is a must and if you are lucky to have Isra you will not regret it.

Be warned that the cost is simply for a taxi rather than a tour. Everything else is additional. This entire tour costs and additional 60 dollars per person. Most disappointing that we asked to see waterfalls- were told no water, and no butterflies. Just get a taxi from Quito and decide on activities yourself.
