Excellent wine tasting. Food and wine pairings were spot-on. Excellent location and learned a lot about the basics of tasting. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly Sommelier. Worth the price.

We were gifted the wine tasting by my daughter at Christmas. Although we do drink wine we shop in Aldi, and get the same every week. So we didn’t know what to expect from a wine tasting evening. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We were fascinated by some of the methods of wine making. Especially the wine that is matured under the sea. We learned about the history of Greek wine making and how much of the technique had been lost, but is slowly being regained. My wife explained that she only drank wine with Lemonade. Our host was shocked and said they didn’t have any Lemonade on Rhodes island????. We were surprised on how much the flavour of the wine and food changed between the different types of wine. All together a wonderful experience we thoroughly enjoyed. We would recommend this for beginners and experienced wine goers.

The Obscura wine bar was amazing. The husband and wife owners were knowledgeable and delightful. The location is lovely. They specialize in biodynamic wines from the region. I highly recommend this experience.
