I will not be using My Transfer services in future owing to inflexible wait times. Driver disappeared from Rome airport after 1 hour and 2 mins. My flight was delayed and beyond my control with no flexibility displayed by this company. You think that they would keep an eye on the flight arrivals. An airport taxi or Uber is cheaper anyway so just do that. Will not refund and extremely bad attitude. Said it id their policy only to wait for an hour for your flight. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

They only give you one hour from when your flight lands to pick you up. They charge extra if you are late which seems to be a money grab as it takes time to get through customs and pick up luggage.

Luigi was awesome. So friendly. He met us and was communicating with me from the time the plane touched down until we met him at the Limo area.
