The place and class itself, including the chef/teacher, was pretty good. I am giving it 2 stars because the place did not have working a/c and it was so hot it felt like we were in an oven. It was a very very very unpleasant experience. For the price of the class, we literally made a quick pizza and then ate it in the extreme heat - did not seem very worth it. If the place can manage to have better ventilation or a/c, it would really improve the experience. Another idea is to let customers know in advance so they expect the heat. We were expecting a/c (like other cooking classes we have done and some other participants shared same - that they were expected a/c). Our family had just showered to have a nice family meal and we were surprised with a totally non-pleasant situation. We had to rush our meal as we could not wait to go outside and get some air. We were drenched in sweat from head to toe and feeling faint from the heat. We expect heat given the temperatures in summer in Italy - especially for outdoor tours- but this one was inside and for a meal so we had very different expectations.

My kids (5 and 3) loved the class so much! The teacher was amazing at keeping them involved and excited about what we were doing! Plus the pizza and gelato were amazing.

Great pizza making class with our five year old son. We all loved it, the chefs are great with children. As funny as it sounds, it was the best pizza we ate in Rome
