The chef, Francesco was a very good host in his lovely rooftop flat.
He took us through the basic rules of making pasta, with respect for the traditions.
We will never use refined flour making pasta again :-)
We ended tasting our “own” Fettuccine Amatriciana and two colored Ravioli with schrimp/ricotta/lemon - uhmmm.
A very private an nice experience.
