She was there to pick us up immediately but you have a lot of walking after u get off the plane and then going thru customs and getting your luggage takes a long time. But they waited on us. We got to see the town going to our resort. We all talked the whole trip very friendly. Great service

Felix was incredibly responsive and made arranging transportation seamless. He connected us with Angel, who went above and beyond with excellent communication—sending texts to update us on his location and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Angel was punctual, professional, and exceptionally friendly, making our experience stress-free. I’ll definitely be booking with them again for all my trips to Cabo!

We booked airport to hotel transfer for Cabo San Lucas. Reserved a car for up to 5 people with luggage with receipt/voucher shown in review. Even though there was only 3 of us, we had 6 pieces of luggage, including golf clubs. Viator sent a car that would only hold 3 people plus maybe 2 large pieces of luggage in the trunk. Our receipt which I showed the driver, said for up to 5 people. Driver very polite and called to get new car sent. Viator said we only booked for 3 people even though our receipt said up to 5 people. They would send another car for an additional $75. I informed the man on the phone that our receipt was for up to 5 people and the car send would not hold 3 people and luggage. The man was very rude and told me to give him the additional $75 to send a car that I booked or he would not help me. This was by far the worst scam I have ever seen in Mexico...DO NOT USA VIATOR unless you only want to get SCREWED!
