Our visit to the Royal Palace was an exceptional experience, thanks to our guide, Susanna. We toured in English and Susanna was noted for her ability to narrate the history of the palace and point out interesting details inside. We very much appreciate your knowledge and the way you made the visit so enriching. Their availability and friendliness made the tour even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this guided tour to all visitors.

I booked the Royal Palace tour with Amigo Tours two months in advance to ensure we could visit this key attraction in Madrid. However, just one day before the tour, Amigo Tours cancelled our booking and offered only one alternative time slot, which did not fit our schedule due to another tour we had already booked. Because of this last-minute cancellation and lack of flexibility, we were unable to visit the Royal Palace at all, as the tickets were sold out by then. This was one of the most important places we wanted to see in Madrid, and Amigo Tours completely ruined that part of our trip. This shows a lack of professionalism and respect for travelers who plan ahead. I strongly do not recommend booking with Amigo Tours. Amigo Tours ruined our entire schedule. Zero reliability, zero respect – never again! Avoid Amigo tours.
