With our great tour guide Vinh, who really made an effort, we had an amazing experience. He made a lot of pictures for us and sent them to us on whatsapp. We were lucky as we were the only 2 people that booked the 2 day tour. On day 1 it was a really small group (2 other people). I definitely recommend the 2 day tour; do not miss out on the floating market on the 2nd day which was for me the best part of the trip! We saw and tasted some traditional food and drinks. You can buy everything, but never feel pressured or forced to do so.
