You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our guide Marisol was so sweet and knowledgeable, she was very open to whatever the group wanted to do and recommended great shops and food. She even talked about how to get around on our own if we decided to come back by ourselves at some point! Highly recommend this tour and will definitely go again!

We had Tadeo as our guide and he made the trip enjoyable and informative. For info, the US>Mexico crossing was about 10 mins and to return it was about 1hr. Would highly recommend for anyone planning a Tijuana trip.

We are from Australia and staying in San Diego. The Crossing Borders tour was great. Our tour guide Tadeo was fantastic, very knowledgeable and fun. We stopped for snacks, a meal, tequila tasting and a drink in a bar. Small amount of time for shopping. Meeting instructions were clear although we were met by our guide in Tijuana not San Diego as it states on the company information. Would recommend!!
