Neda made the tour very entertaining and fun. Her interactions with everyone made it a friendly experience. The knowledge she shared was something that I had never paid attention to as a Los Angeles resident. Overall, I recommend the TMZ tours. I did a different one to compare and that one was lame. There was no interaction. Therefore, I HIGHLY recommend doing the TMZ tour. If you get Neda as your guide, your bound to have a great time. Her laugh was very contagious too.

So disappointed by this company and their customer service. I purchase two tickets for my teenage daughters to go on this tour. When they managed to hop on the bus (due to the pushing and shoving by other patrons) there was only 3 seats left, as they went to sit together where two seats were vacant next to each other, another person decided to shift seats and take up 2 seats, my daughters explained that they were just about to sit there together but this other person was very rude and made them feel very insecure so they had to sit separated - one at the front of the bus and one at the back. What disappoints me is that the employee of Big Bus who was watching this happen allowed this lady to take up to seats for the whole tour and didn't speak up and ask this lady to move so that they could sit next to each other. I chose this tour company as I thought they had a good reputation to uphold but as we continued our travel around the US I refused to use this company again and instead used others, I will never use again.
