Just like most cooking classes, the success will be a lot about who the chef is and who you are doing the course with.
We lucked out with both.
Steve (Greek, but that is his English name) was passionate, clear in his explanations and remained focus while we were chatting with a very nice family, well travelled and all foodies.
The meal was really typical and made with local ingredients.
We ended up cooking inside because of the weather but it did not make a difference.
I particularly appreciated the fact that we were never pushed into buying anything from the brewery (the boutique is great and we bought stuff even before we started).
