Extremely bad service and very rude customer service. There is no sort of organisation at all between the person making the booking and other inner-services. Even though I booked and paid for everything a month before my journey , nothing was ready on time. 3 days before the flight, I had to chase up my visa, which they said was ready and which I found out it wasn't. The transport office never sends any details of passengers to their drivers, I had to wait for 2h/40m in the airport waiting for a driver and when I called the person in charge he was asleep and didn't really care much. The hotel bookings were never ready too; the first hotel said the booking was cancelled and the second hotel wouldn't let you in without a reservation number which the Al-Hadi agency doesn't have and never provided me with it. They kept refusing to give me any sort of information of the bookings until last minute. The hotel they said we've booked you with good internet connection, has no internet at all. And the other hotel, reservations were made to many people under same room. The transport is the worse service with this company, they either come super late or super early and on both hand they end up waisting your time in doing more stuff whilst being in Makkah and Madinah. They will provide you with no information and would not accept any fault they do. Its been a very stressful experience and I would never book through them again or recommend them to anyone. But the most annoying part, is the customer service which I called to make a complain; they went on laughing and kept saying at least at the end you did your journey even if it was bad.
